Internship Customer Relations Management - France

Description: Holidog (www.holidog.com), the global marketplace for pet owners, is looking for highly talented and aspiring entrepreneurs to join this exciting venture as Customer Relations Intern. The objective of the Holidog Customer Relations Internship is to offer students a highly challenging experience in a fast growing startup. You will have a lot of responsibility and impact on client activities of Holidog from day one. You will explore the multiple facets of the daily startup life and will over time discover your real strengths and weaknesses as problem solver.

Your Tasks
• Liaising with Holidog clients via phone, email and chat
• Carrying out quality assurance measures to maintain high quality pet sitters
• Identifying client needs and consulting them on Holidog services
• Actively contributing to customer service development
• Additional tasks will depend on preferences and skills

Your Profile
• You are a smart and driven university student with a passion for pets.
• You have a great understanding with regards to the potential difficulty of entrusting man’s best friend to a pet sitter and hence are able to effectively build trusting client relationships
• You love pets. You like them so much that you stop to pet the first dog that comes by.
• You have strong oral and written communication skills
• You are fast, rigorous and can multitask in a dynamic environment
• You have an advanced interest and awareness of business
• Fluency in English and more languages
