Your responsibilities:
• Categorizing and identifying targets and sales leads
• Building, planning, managing and tracking sales pipeline
• Executing and hitting targets through calls and emails o Customer research using web tools and internal systems o Coordinating customer satisfaction through calls and surveys
• Liaising with customer satisfaction, researching and disseminating useful data related to target groups
• Reviewing and reporting customer needs and feedback
• Optimizing and enabling effective decision making by retrieving and analyzing relevant data
Your Background and Skills:
• Bachelor in Business or any other field related
• Ideally you have knowledge of basic principles and practices of sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective negotiation skills to create an impact on the company performance
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new concepts
• Attention to details and directions
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines
• Fluent in English is mandatory; French or other languages are desirable
