Description: Vision Factory is a multitasking company with a training center placed in Barcelona. We are specialized in Marketing, Event promoting, Graphics Design and Resourcing and Education. Currently, we are looking for interns to Human Resources department. What you will do as an intern: • Running recruitment processes • Developing job descriptions • Checking application forms • Preparing and posting job advertisements on social media services: Linkedin, Facebook etc. • Interviewing and selecting candidates • Administrative duties such as making copies, answering emails What we can offer you: - real experience in content marketing, - friendly atmosphere - better understanding of the Spanish/Catalan market - great item for your CV - flexible schedule: number of working hours upon the request - access to many training materials including our courses - high commission for every successfully made sale (tickets and sponsorship packages) - certificate of internship participation after finished internship
