KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Organize and manage (physical and virtual) stock Office material Organize and manage (physical and virtual) stock Marketing material Organize and manage Business event Preparation Office Setup Managing different tasks in the office (office structure, contact with cleaning collaborators, lunch organization, material and food supply management) Manage the maintenance of office equipment and work with vendors to purchase supplies and negotiate prices and contracts Sorting and analyzing incoming mail (letters, publicity material, etc.) Perform secretarial and general administrative duties including updating various records & replying to correspondence / mails / faxes / billings, etc Scheduling of meetings/appointments, handling calls and answering requests, etc Preparing Samples to Customers Take care of the Companies Pet (Golden Retriever) SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree Experience in the role at least for 2 years Fluent in English, French and Portuguese is a plus 1 strong reference PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES: Excellent analytical and computer skills Well-organized and flexible Systematic and detail-oriented Autonomous, proactive and able to work within a team as well Solution-oriented and capable of setting priorities Very good communicator and discrete Problem solving and decision-making
