Description: The events assistant will help with the following tasks: -Create event details on our website and manage Registration details -Get event invites out to members -Get notifications of the event out on company newsletters -Social post about the event, Instagram and Linked In; tag all team to share details -Create a LinkedIn event to help promote -Share on Exec PA Forum platform, Exec PA Forum LinkedIn page and LinkedIn Private Group -Get information sent out to attendees eg location, timings, dress code -Reminders sent 2 weeks before, 1 week before, 2 days before, 1 day before, day of -Ask attendees to bring a colleague if numbers are lower than expected -Follow up email to attendees -Write up event report -Other miscellaneous tasks related to events Will considering 4-6 months or more also! We are open to any length of internship.
