Description: Pegasus Consultancy is a post-sales services company working with trending vendors in the IT industry. We deliver training and consultancy projects including implementation, deployment, and configuration worldwide. Your daily tasks: *Support on planning, creating and executing content plan for our media platforms *Organize and monitor calendar of marketing activities *Assist with daily administrative duties *Support on planning and execution of external events both online and in-person *Monitor social media and relevant news portals for trending news and ideas *Support on creating, development and reporting of email campaigns *Perform market analysis and research on the latest trends *Creation of documentation of processes to support knowledge share and retention We’re looking for: *Someone excited to learn and be a team player *Good knowledge of creation tools (e.g Canva, Adobe suite) knowing how to use AI-tool is a big plus *Familiarity with Email automation marketing tools and social media *Understanding of content creation, writing for different media platforms, and content planning *Good use of Microsoft tools *Analytical skills and Problem-Solving attitude *Ability to multitask and feedback *Data analytics skills and communicating and providing feedback on progress of tasks *Preferably located in Lisbon, Portugal *Advanced level of English What we offer: *Financial compensation *International and fast-paced work environment *Opportunity to learn more by interacting with dynamic teams at different levels of experience and expertise across the Company *Duration: minimum 3 months
