Our team consists of University of California, Berkeley (UCB) economics and computer science students, alongside experienced software engineers from Tesla. We are passionate about leveraging cutting-edge technology and market insights to create an exceptional user experience for coin collectors and traders. Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and analytical Marketing Research Intern to join our team. The primary responsibility will be conducting marketing surveys to gather insights on customer preferences and behavior, performing industry analysis, and collaborating with our product and engineering teams to iterate on product features. You will play a key role in ensuring customer and market feedback are integrated into our platform’s development. Responsibilities: Design, distribute, and analyze marketing surveys to understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points. Conduct industry analysis to identify market trends, competitor strategies, and growth opportunities. Leverage survey findings and industry insights to provide actionable recommendations to the product and marketing teams. Collaborate closely with the product development team to iterate on product features based on customer and market feedback. Support the product release process by ensuring that both customer feedback and industry trends are incorporated. Present insights and recommendations through reports, charts, and presentations to stakeholders. Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field. Strong analytical skills and experience with survey tools (e.g., Google Forms, SurveyMonkey) and data analysis. Ability to conduct thorough industry research and competitor analysis. Understanding of basic software development processes or a willingness to learn (SWE experience is a plus). Passion for history or a strong interest in historical artifacts, especially coins, is preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
