Description: We are now looking for a talented Chef to join a restaurant team in the heart of Sogndal City Center, Norway. As a Chef, you will: Prepare and present high-quality dishes in accordance with the restaurant's standards. Contribute to menu planning and daily operations in a professional kitchen. Take care of stock and inventory management, ensuring efficient use of ingredients and maintaining supplies. Handle preparation tasks before service, including organizing mise en place and coordinating with the kitchen team. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high hygiene and safety standards. Collaborate with an international team to create a memorable dining experience for guests. What We’re Looking For: Experience as a Chef in professional kitchens (3+ years preferred). Knowledge of international and/or Nordic cuisine. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Experience in stock and inventory management is an advantage. Communicative English or Norwegian language skills. Passion for delivering exceptional food and guest experiences. Why Choose Us?
