We are looking for a highly skilled and ambitious Social Media Intern Manager to drive our digital presence, optimize audience engagement, and implement cutting-edge social media strategies. Responsibilities: Develop and execute multi-platform social media strategies (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp, Threads, etc.). Optimize audience engagement using data-driven insights, A/B testing, and algorithm mastery. Create and manage ad campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Leverage WhatsApp API for automation, audience segmentation, and direct engagement. Design, produce, and manage all forms of content: video, reels, stories, carousel posts, podcasts, blog posts, and live sessions. Conduct competitor analysis, track key performance metrics, and refine strategies accordingly. Engage with online communities, moderate discussions, and implement growth-hacking techniques. Stay ahead of social media trends, emerging platforms, and digital marketing innovations. Requirements: Proven experience managing multiple social media platforms with a strong portfolio. Deep understanding of platform algorithms, A/B testing, and performance analytics. Experience with paid social media advertising and audience targeting. Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar design/editing tools. Strong knowledge of WhatsApp Business API and chatbot automation. Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
